GRACE FAMILY RETREAT The dates are March 1-3, 2024 and will be held at the Black Bear Inn in Gatlinburg, TN. The motel is located on the Parkway within easy walking distance to a number of restaurants. RESERVATIONS: CALL 865-436-5656 - IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE MAKING RESERVATIONS ASK TO SPEAK TO TRISH. Room rates are 109.00. Individuals will call to make their own reservations . Individuals will need to identify themselves with Grace Bible Church to ensure they receive the group rate. The group block will be held until Friday, February 8, 2023 . After this date, any unassigned rooms will revert to the hotel and reservations will be accepted upon availability basis only and subject to the prevailing room rate. CANCELLATION: Individual cancellations will be accepted up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival without being charged for the first night’s lodging. HOTEL AMENITIES: We provide a hot Deluxe Breakfast daily from 7:00AM-10:00AM in the breakfast area of our lobby for all registered guests. Parking is provided by permit for registered guests and conference attendees. Wi-Fi access is available in all sleeping and meeting rooms. Additionally, there is an enclosed heated pool and hot tub for registered guests. Coffee is always on! |
