BBQ Meatballs

1lb. hamburger meat
1/4 cup minced onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced or pressed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 cup bread crumbs (1 slice of bread)
1 beaten egg

* Mix all that together and form 1 inch round meatballs. Cook in skillet in 2 tbspoon oil till nearly done.


1/2 cup Italian dressing
1/4 -1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup reg. bbq sauce

*After the meat balls are done pour off excess grease or oil, then pour bbq mixture all over and simmer for 1 hr or more. My stove woldn't simmer well, so I ended up putting them in a covered cookware dish with the sauce in the oven on 250 for 1 hr.
