(my family doesn't eat oatmeal, but they will eat this)

6 cups oats (rolled or quick, the results are basically the same)
2 1/2 cups milk
4 eggs
1 cup brown sugar (can also use honey)
1 T baking powder
1 t cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1 t vanilla extract
1/4 cup melted butter

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight (this step is NOT necessary. If you forget the night before, it can be mixed up in the morning and placed directly into the oven). In the morning, bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
