Weight Watchers Barbecue

2 lb. pork tenderloin (all visible fat removed)
1 c. maple syrup (real)
1 c. barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 small onion, sliced

Put all in crock pot. Cook on low, 8-12 hours until done and falls apart. You may break it up for the last hour or so of cooking. Serve over "light" buns.
