Ham and Mushroom Quiche

  4 eggs
  1/2 cup milk or cream
  1 cup ham -- diced or thin strips
  1 cup Swiss cheese -- grated
  1/2 cup Cheddar cheese -- grated
  1 small onion -- chopped
  1 cup mushrooms, fresh -- sliced
  1 tablespoon butter
  1 tablespoon flour
  salt and pepper
  1 deep dish pie crust -- unbaked

Preheat oven to 375 deg. Melt butter. Add to mushrooms, onions, & ham. In blender, blend eggs, milk, & flour.(I add a little more milk to mine.) Add everything else and pour into pie shell. Bake 30 - 45 minutes or until the middle is set. Let stand 5 min. before cutting.

 I have also cooked it until almost done, frozen it, and thawed overnight, then popped in the oven in the morning.
